Setup
- 8:00 am: Vendors can begin unloading items into the horseshoe.
- 8:30 am: Market Desk Opens
- 9:00 am: Roll-Call & Booth Selection in order of priority points.
Vendors can unload items directly onto the “horseshoe” and then park their vehicles. Vendor parking is not allowed in the lot to the left of the horseshoe(facing the river). Other vendors and the market manager will be onsite to watch over your items.
10:00am: Market Begins
Breakdown
5:00pm: Market Ends & Breakdown Begins
5:00pm - 6:00pm: Envelope Drop Off
Vendors can keep items at the “horseshoe” and then drive their vehicles around for loading.
