Hey everyone! Oktoberfest is nearly here!! It’s going to be a fun-filled festive weekend, and we can’t wait! Here are the load in instructions and time line for the weekend: 🍺 **Friday 10/16:** **1:00** Vendor Load-in start time (_Do not arrive earlier!!!_) -Hand cart load in only- no driving in the Pavilion **4:00** Food Truck arrival begins -Wait for staff to place you -Your truck must stay in that spot until Sunday night **6:00** Overnight power available for FRONT food trucks only **7:00** Load in cut off. If you didn’t finish setting up, finish Saturday morning 🥨There will be CPD will be present overnight & through the entire weekend 🥨 🍺 **Saturday 10/17:** **8:00-9:00** Late setup for vendors & BACK PATIO Foodtrucks (if you arrive after 9, you will be turned away. No walk ups for this event.) **10:00-8:00** market hours **8:00** Envelope drop off 🍺 **Sunday 10/18:** **7:00** Market Staff arrives **10:00-5:00** Market hours **5:00** Envelope Drop off ‼ **Important Notes:** ‼ -You will need a parking pass each day -NO PARKING on sidewalks/entrances -NO driving in the pavilion to unload. Plan on carting everything in -NO overnight power provided Friday for back patio food trucks- arrive Saturday morning. Saturday night power not guaranteed, plan on providing your own generator if you plan on leaving your truck on site Saturday night -NO driving in the pavilion to unload.
