Hello all! We just received a great opportunity for anyone interested in more information about a new permit available through the Department of Health to serve food at the Market (and other live events in Tennessee).
Here’s the blurb from the event: This is for anyone selling or organizing farmers markets in Tennessee. Please come prepared to have your questions answered about the new regulations conerning the Farmers Market Food Unit Permit. Ryan Brown ( Environmental Health Program Manager) and Erica Byrd ( Food & Dairy Supervisor) will be available for Q& A. The regulation went into effect January 1st 2024.
