# IV. B. 6. Standards Enforcement and Penalties

As we prefer to focus on building happy and successful markets, a blatant violation of one of our very few (but very important) vendor or product standards may result in a substantial penalty, which may include the following:

- a suspension from the market
- forfeiture of some or all Vendor Priority Points
- forfeiture of Season Pass
- permanent ban from all of our markets and events

This list is not intended to be exhaustive; other consequences may be enforced at the discretion of the market manager.

Please help us to maintain a quality marketplace by only selling products which you personally made. Every year, there has been at least one (now former) vendor to test our resolve on this topic – believe us when we say that we take our quality, safety and integrity requirements seriously.
