### Vendors are responsible for their entire booth setup, including tables, chairs, signage, supplies, and cash handling. - Tents are strongly recommended for outdoor markets. - All space at the River Market is uncovered. - New vendors at Chattanooga Market should expect to be outdoors. - Due to space and visibility constraints, tents are generally not permitted inside the Erlanger pavilion. Tent Safety All tents must be properly weighted and capable of withstanding wind gusts. - Vendors arriving without adequate tent weights may receive a warning or be asked not to set up, at the Market Manager’s discretion. - A second occurrence may result in removal from the market and possible suspension. - Vendors are fully responsible for any damage or injury caused by unsecured tents or displays. Additional Guidelines - Standard booth size is 10’ x 10’. All tents and displays must fit within this space. - There are no restrictions on tent color or branding. - All displays must remain tasteful and family-friendly (no profanity, sexually explicit imagery, or offensive material) ---

When will we find out booth location for the holiday market? Also, are tents allowed in the convention center? ---

It states above that tents are allowed but not required. ---

Hi Catie, Larry is right - tents are permitted, but not required. A lot of vendors forego them for the Holiday Market. And if we post the layout before the event, it will be on the vendor’s forum - but I’m not sure we will. If not, then you can find your booth at the front desk when you get there Friday or Saturday. ---
