It’s that time of year where we are freshening up the vendor records, as well as implementing a new automated system which will notify you when compliance documents are nearing their renewal date. Examples of compliance items include:
- Liability Insurance Certificate of Insurance (COIs)
- Health Permits
- Mobile Food Unit Permits
- Commercial Kitchen Certification
- Food Manufacturing Permits
- Nursery / Plant Live Root Permits
And the list goes on… It’s important that we have current copies of these documents for all vendors who are participating at our markets. It demonstrates that you are operating at the safest possible level, and that we are monitoring our markets professionally.
As of today, all vendors with expired documents will not have registration access to upcoming events. We’ve sent several email and text messages seeking this refreshed docs, so this will not be a shock to anyone.
