2026 Concessions Drink Policy

We are making some adjustments to our drink policy this season. Only approved vendors in the Concessions category (food trucks & carts) are allowed to sell drinks intended for onsite consumption.

Updated for 2026:

  • Per venue restrictions, only beverages from Coca-Cola Bottling United can be sold during Chattanooga Market events.
  • We are maintaining our onsite inventory of 20oz Dasani waters; concessions vendors may purchase cases from us, or direct from CCBU. Retail pricing for this will remain at $3 – we want for people to stay hydrated.
  • If you wish to sell something other than Dasani, it must be a CCBU product (ie, Smartwater). Other brands of waters are strictly prohibited.

Carbonated Drinks:

  • Approved concessions vendors may sell any flavor or package of soft drinks, provided they are distributed by CCBU; the Market will not be stocking an inventory of carbonated drinks this season.
  • We will have a small quantity of 12oz cans for sale at the front desk (retail: $3). This is more for safety issues (diabetic reaction) than anything; we expect for our food trucks and concessions vendors to continue to sell the majority of the drinks.
  • It is up to our food trucks to determine what packaging size they wish to offer, and at what price. All products must be Coca-Cola distributed.

We are hoping these changes promote a wider variety of flavors offered at the Market, at more budget-friendly levels for our customers.
