IV. E. 3. Drink Restrictions and Ordering

Only soft drink products distributed by Chattanooga Coca-Cola Bottling Company are allowed to be sold at Chattanooga Market or other events that take place at the First Horizon Pavilion due to venue restrictions.

Rates are set by the venue and are as follows:

  • 20 oz Dasani waters – $3
  • soft drinks: at discretion of food trucks (suggested: 12oz can = $3)

Vendors may purchase waters from the Market, or they may purchase them directly from the Chattanooga Coca-Cola Bottling Company if they have their own account. Only 20oz Dasani waters may be sold; other flavors can be in any size or package (no glass).

Other than Coca-Cola products, only handmade beverages, such as lemonade or sweet tea, are allowed by food truck or concession vendors.

The sale of alcoholic beverages (including beer, wine, CBD drinks and mixed drinks) are in a regulated category and strictly prohibited.

Hi there, does this mean that coffee trucks are not able to sign up for the market?

Coffee is considered a homemade beverage. But if a coffee truck also sells soft drinks or bottled waters, they must be of Coke products.

(This restriction has been in place for the entirety of the market’s existence - part of our lease agreement.)
