Happy upcoming Fall 2026! Following the Lookouts season conclusion on September 13th, the Creature Comforts and Chattanooga Market will be launching a passport program for the Foundries District market starting September 17th. This program will continue through the remainder of the season.
What is a passport program?
The passport program is simple. When customers come to visit on Thursdays or Sundays, Creature Comforts will be handing out these 3"x5" cards (see below) with a “how to” on the back. Customers will take their card around to each vendor at the Thursday market, say hi and check out the wonderful products you have to offer. As part of that interaction, they will present their card to you, and you will have a unique set of stickers that you will add to the card in any of the 12 available boxes. Customers will need to visit 12 unique vendors in addition to Creature Comforts Brewing at the Sunday market to complete their passport card. Once completed, they come turn it in for a prize! Customers will have the remainder of the season to complete their cards.

What is the prize?
After customers have completed their passport cards, they will turn them back into Creature Comforts to receive this custom print Chattanooga Market tote along with some other small giveaway items (think stickers, koozies, etc.)
How will this be promoted? What else is to come?
There will be a full social media schedule created around this program. Creature Comforts and Chattanooga Market will be releasing content ahead of September 17th to promote and explain the project. On September 17th , Shayna Webb (@webbchatts) will be onsite at the Foundries Market to capture and create content for the program. This is where we can really use your help! Having plenty vendors will help us create good social content and start the momentum off strong! This content will then be circulated across the Shayna’s, Creature Comforts and the Chattanooga Market channels (~190k followers combined). There will continued Chattanooga-geotargeted social media spend during the remainder of the season by Creature Comforts to promote the program. Creature Comforts will also be onsite during the Sunday markets to talk up the program and the Thursday market in general.
In October, Creature Comforts and the Chattanooga Market will be releasing a collaboration Chattanooga Market Beer! We will invite Shayna back out for the release of that beer for more program content. That special beer will only be available during market days on Thursday and Saturday. Stay tuned to learn more about that beer and release date as we approach October.
How do I participate?
Just let us know! Creature Comforts will have what you need for the program when you arrive on Thursdays. Our goal is to make it simple and effective. We hope you see this as an investment in you all and look forward to launching this program!
