2025 Street Food Festival Logistics

This weekend is our annual Street Food Festival! Set up will look a little different this week, so here’s the low down on load-in for the event!

Food Truck Vendors

  • Set up will begin no earlier than 7:30 a.m. and we will close the barricades at 9:00 a.m. If you arrive before 7:30 a.m., you’ll be directed to the back food court.
  • We will start out lining everyone up(including season pass holders) in the front on a first come, first served basis. Overflow and those who arrive after 9:00 a.m. will be directed to the back food court.
  • The early arrivals will be in the middle and we’ll work our way out toward the ends. You won’t be allowed to drive past vendors who have already set up, so you may be asked to drive around to the other side or asked to back into a space. For ease of set up, if you have a passenger side serving window, driving up from the South/W. 20th Street Side will generally work best. For driver’s side, coming from the North/Main Street Side is best.
  • There’s not going to be a lot of extra room up front, so please get as close as you can to each other. Also, help each other out by directing each other through tight spaces.
  • Make sure you have a firm OK from Market staff before you disconnect trailers, move vehicles away, or otherwise finalize your set up.
  • No tents or awnings will be permitted.

Non-concession Vendors

  • Everyone will be inside this weekend to allow room for the food trucks in the front.
  • There will be NO entry into the front of the pavilion. As always, only season pass vendors will be allowed to drive in for set up. If you are a season pass vendor, you may drive in and out of the back entrance of the pavilion for set up.
  • Please note, market staff can stop vendors driving in when it deems it’s no longer safe to do so. That will be earlier this Sunday due to only having one point of entry/exit.

For All Vendors

  • Plan to be where you need to be early. We will not be moving the barricades after 9:00 a.m.
  • Perhaps most importantly, be courteous. We’re all going to be under some added logistical pressure this weekend. A little patience goes a long way.

See you Sunday!
