- vendor load-in at 10am-11am from rear (west) pavilion entrance.
- you may drive-in to unload
- winery meeting at 11:30am, gates open at noon
- public event hours noon-6pm
- tear-down/load-out will begin at 6pm. please do not drive in until event manager gives all-clear
