Any more news on the 2024 Market? I am concerned about all of us trying to set up at 8pm on Friday night? Is that doable? So same price for two markets as the three in previous years?

There will be all day setup on Fri for people in one of the halls, then an early Saturday setup for people in the other hall. There won’t be any after 8pm setup - it didn’t make sense to pay full rent for that hall for so few hours.

Will the KCC allow us to stay setup for the 2 weekends or will tear down be the only way?

We have a contractual clause to remain setup the entire time in Knoxville!

it takes us a couple of hours to set up and more to decorate… hope we can get in plenty early for Saturday set up

While not an ideal schedule, there should be plenty of time to get setup. It will definitely allow us to appreciate a more considerate approach in 2025.

The Operations Team does know that info, and is working on the final layout to better communicate those details - hopefully this week. Also working on the Thanksgiving Market details… a busy month!
