It's Christmas in July! (Holiday Market Sign Ups)

Hi, I apologize if I’m missing something that’s already been stated, but I need some help.

When I go to sign up for the holiday market, a message tells me that my email is not on the approved list. But I know I’m an approved vendor - this season, I am at 3 markets a month at least. Am I doing something wrong or did I miss a different sign-up that I needed to do first?
