Alcohol is served at several of our venues. It’s impossible to have Oktoberfest without bringing in a few kegs of beer!
While vendors are allowed to purchase alcohol at these market locations, if a vendor becomes visibly intoxicated (from alcohol or any other substance) and is acting in a disruptive manner, market management reserves the right to escort the vendor from the premises. Depending on the circumstances the vendor may be suspended or banned from further market activities. No BYOB will be permitted at any of our market locations.
Smoking is not allowed in your booth at any of our locations. If you need to smoke, please consult market management about an appropriate area at that specific venue.
