IV. A. 5. Marketing Restrictions

All marketing efforts which use our market names (i.e., Public Markets, the Chattanooga Market, Chattanooga River Market, Holiday Market, etc.), or implies our involvement (The Market), or which identifies us as a location within a marketing campaign must receive prior approval. We reserve the exclusive right to determine how and when our markets are used in all marketing efforts, and an individual vendor, non-profit, or participant is not legally entitled to use our name or likeness without written consent.

Coupons

The Chattanooga Market does not participate, issue, or otherwise market itself or our vendors using a prepaid or discount coupon (such as Groupon or LivingSocial). Individual vendors may choose to do so, but those coupons/certificates must not contain our name, location, or schedule in the listing and promotion/acceptance of those certificates at our Markets.

Does this mean when we are promoting on social that we going to be at the market, or day of, we can not tag or say we are at the Chattanooga Market?

Just don’t run paid ads or such using our name/likeness without chatting with us first. At one point, people were running Groupons and it caused a ton of confusion for our patrons.
