All fresh produce sold must be grown by the represented farm. Absolutely no resale of purchased produce will be allowed. Unprocessed fruits and vegetables are exempt from permitting and inspection in Tennessee. “Unprocessed” means a raw agricultural commodity in its raw or natural state with only a minimal amount of cutting/trimming that is necessary for harvesting.
