Vendors selling body care items (such as soaps, lotions, lip balms, and similar products) are required to carry product liability insurance.
Products must also meet applicable labeling and regulatory standards. Labels, ingredients, and product claims may be reviewed during the application or onboarding process to ensure compliance. Products making medical or therapeutic claims may be subject to additional review or may not be permitted.
We only allow products classified by the FDA as “cosmetics” and vendors are not permitted to sell any product classified as a “drug.”
