According to County Mayor Jim Coppinger, the face mask mandate is set to expire on April 28, 2021. Masks will not be mandated by our Federal, State or County governments beyond that date.

The Market requires that our participants be “good citizens” and comply with all laws, mandates and ordinances - but we will not be imposing any additional mask mandate of our own.
We are encouraging our staff, vendors and guests to continue to socially distance, get vaccinated and wear a mask in crowds – but masks now shift to a personal decision. Be sensitive to the fact that many within our society are still quite concerned, nervous to be in crowds and may view your lack of a mask as being inconsiderate towards their viewpoints. Our common goal is to keep the Markets friendly, safe and the family destination to visit each week.
I personally am vaccinated, have kept to myself most of the last year and will be wearing my mask during events where I am exposed to thousands of people I don’t really know. That’s my strategy, but it certainly doesn’t have to be yours. Respect and tolerance for differing opinions is what makes our community so terrific.
Do what you need to do for you, but please continue to be courteous of others. We’re all trying to find our way through this challenge.
