A Message from George the Third, by the Grace of God, King of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, Defender of the Faith, and so forth:
Dearest Peasants,
It has come to my attention that the Chattanooga Market intends to hold a “Red, White, and Blueberries” event on June 30, 2024. This to commemorate the 248th Anniversary of Britain’s regrettable defeat to her colonies. The Royal We are not amused, ungrateful subjects!
Now, I am certain there are many issues on which we do not see eye to eye. However, I believe we have in common a love for all things blueberry. So please, present your finest blueberry-themed wares to the masses: blueberry pies, blueberry muffins, blueberry bath scrubs, blueberry candles, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
While history remembers me for the loss of significant British interests in the Americas and, later, my mental faculties, let us hope that history remembers you as the winner of one of the Market’s booth contest categories:
Articles of Confection (Best Blueberry-Themed Food Product)
Give Me LibARTy (Most Creative Blueberry-Themed Art/Craft)
Decoration of Independence (Most Festive Booth Overall)
An award of $50 (approximately £39.49) will be granted to the winner of each category. To enter the arena, a link is here.
With that, I leave you, dear peasants. Netflix beckons, and I have heard wondrous things about that Bridgerton show - no spoilers, please!

P.S. Of note, a similar contest will be held for the Peach Festival a fortnight hence on July 7th. One might start thinking ahead for that event if one is keen - a link for that event can be found here.
