Just in case you missed it, we opened up season applications for both the River and Chattanooga Market 2025 season on Friday. A link to that interest form can be found here.
As you know, season pass holders are not required to attend every event; however, it is expected that they will communicate with us when they do intend to miss. We’ve had quite a bit of trouble over the past few years getting that communication. To that end, we’re implementing a $30 missed market fee for any season pass holder who does not communicate with us about their planned absence. Obviously, if there’s an emergency, then we’ll understand; but we would want communication to happen as quickly as possible after the event.
There are several ways to communicate with us about a missed market date. The best way is by texting or calling the operations line - 423-565-9115. That number is monitored throughout the week, as well as market weekends. If it is at least a couple of days before the event, then there’s also the option of calling or texting the main line, or emailing the help desk. Emailing or calling individual staff members is not preferred, as market staff may be not be scheduled for a particular event.
