This Sunday is the annual FiveStar Food Fight where your fellow vendors will compete in a live cook off on the Lodge Cast Iron Sizzle Stage. Competitors will begin shopping the market for their ingredients around 11:30 am. What does this mean for you? If you sell any type of food product (including food trucks), be ready! Competitors will be on a budget and on the clock to shop for their items so help them out by offering special deals, smaller quantities, and quick service. Each competitor will be sharing the items they purchased throughout the Market so it’s also a chance to be highlighted as part of their recipes.
