Robin and Flo joined the Market in 2010 selling hot dogs and cupcakes while Flo was working as a full time baker for McKee Foods. Five years later their company had grown and Flo decided to make The Sugar Shoppe his full time focus. Flo says he and Robin have enjoyed their time with the Market, meeting new people, trying new products, and developing new flavors.
The Sugar Shoppe now offers cake cups in over a dozen flavors, custom order cakes, and cake decorating kits. The bakery is a regular at the Chattanooga Market, River Market, Erlanger Market, and Holiday Market. Flo said he is excited to have reached this level in their company and looks forward to what’s next this year.
