Hey Lillie - I’m happy to walk you through it. I’ll try this method (below) first, but if it doesn’t work for you then we can try a zoom meeting or in person even. I’m going to share screenshots from my laptop, but it’s nearly the same from a phone (except mobile phones use a different menu - that three line button in the upper corner is where they hide it.)
First, I’ve checked your account and you are authorized for the Chattanooga Market; no other markets will appear for you. If you are looking for River or something else, contact the Help Desk (email help@chattanoogamarket.com) and they will assist. There is a waitlist for most every location.
On the left side of your screen (or hidden behind that three-line menu button to the left of your photo in the upper right corner on your phone) is a series of menu items: Registrations, and under that will be Chattanooga and any other markets you are currently approved to register for. You can click on Registrations and see everything, or Chattanooga to see only the Chattanooga items (in your case, both will look the same – you are only approved for Chattanooga).
In the main part of the screen, you will see the latest announcements and enrollment opportunities for the market you selected. On my screen, the top item is the Enrollment announcement for Chattanooga Opening Weekend. Click on that to view those details.
There is going to be a description of the event, when it is held, and possibly some discussion about it - but towards the top, there is a Vendor Registration link (and also a bit green button). Click that to register for the event. We use a ticketing platform to manage all of our events, and you should select Farms/Grocery (as you are a packaged food manufacturer). It will ask you for your booth name, your name, email / mobile phone, and eventually your payment method – just like any ticketing processor for concerts or other events. When completed, you will receive via email your confirmation.
