Simply being approved does not mean that we will automatically anticipate you being at our next event! You will want to register for each event that you plan to attend.
Sign ups for of our regular market events for the Erlanger, River, and Chattanooga Markets are posted on the first day of the month before (e.g. April events are posted on March 1st). The Holiday Market sign ups are posted on July 1st. Special events vary, but we will post about sign ups in the vendor forum 4-8 weeks before the event.
In general, registration for the upcoming weekend ends on the prior Wednesday night. For some special events, the registration deadline will be a week or two earlier. Any attempt to register after Wednesday will not work, although you may still be able to participate using the Late Registration/Walk-up Vendor procedure.
Approved vendors can register for events via our online registration system here. UPDATE: we will be making changes to the online signup process soon, due to technical difficulties with our current provider.
