Simply being approved does not mean that we will automatically anticipate you being at our next event! You will want to register for each event that you plan to attend.
Sign ups for of our regular market events for the Erlanger, River, and Chattanooga Markets are posted on the first day of the month before (e.g. April events are posted on March 1st). The Holiday Market sign ups are posted on July 1st. Special events vary, but we will post about sign ups in the vendor forum 4-8 weeks before the event.
In general, registration for the upcoming weekend ends on the Monday before. For some special events, the registration deadline will be a week or two earlier. Any attempt to register after Monday will not work, although you may still be able to participate using the Late Registration/Walk-up Vendor procedure.
