III. B. 2. Sales Commissions

In addition to the setup fee, all vendors are required to report their total sales and pay a 10% sales commission at the conclusion of each market day. You will be provided the sales envelope when you check in at the market desk.

We strive to keep the entry cost/risk to a minimum for our vendors, but the setup fees alone do not cover the expense of producing our events. If you had no sales, you are still required to return your sales envelope.

Failure to drop an accurate sales report/commission envelope will result in financial penalties and suspension from the Market. All participants agree to keep accurate records and provide supporting reports as may be necessary from time to time. Market staff has the right to inspect business records, including any records kept by hand or by sales recording software (such as Square or Clover), related to any market or special event.
