Vendors must hold the required city, county, and state business licenses. If you do not have the necessary permits, temporary permits can be issued onsite to allow legal operation at the Market.
Depending on your annual sales, obtaining permanent licenses may be more cost-effective than paying daily temporary permit fees. For example, vendors with annual sales between $3,000 and $10,000 may qualify for a minimal use business license, which costs $15 per year.
