Season Pass Booths

A Season Pass is an optional feature which allows a frequent market vendor to maintain a specific booth location, at a specific market location. Season pass holders are also provided early setup privileges, as their booth location is predetermined. Please note that special events (e.g. Oktoberfest, Head of the Hooch, Beerfest, Holiday Market, etc.) are not included in a season pass.

Early in the calendar year, we begin the process of accepting applications for Season Passes and awarding available locations. This process is at the Market’s discretion, but allocations will be made based on active market participation, better-than-average sales, market needs, and general vendor disposition. The Market has the right to not award a season pass, even where other criteria may be met. Additionally, a season pass may be revoked at any time, particularly in the event of frequent absences from market events, below-average sales, and negative interactions with market staff.

Eligibility, Fees and Payment

For the 2023 season, any Full Vendor with at least 50 priority points may apply for a season pass at the Chattanooga Market. Any Full Vendor with at least 25 points may apply for a season pass at the Chattanooga River Market. We will consider vendors with fewer points on a case by case basis.

The Season Pass at Erlanger is by invitation only.

Season Pass Application Process

The Market will post each year regarding the specifics of the application process. However, the following things will be consistent year to year:

  • applicants should select multiple booth locations; if you get a season pass, you may not get your top location choice.
  • all booths will be assigned to vendors based on their Vendor Priority Point standing and market needs; generally speaking, the top vendor will receive their first choice, and so forth until all available season pass locations are awarded.
  • approved vendors will be notified of their new booth location prior to opening weekend.
  • if you are awarded a season pass location, it is yours until the end of the season, unless market staff formally revokes your season pass (please see above).

Season Pass Set Up Procedures

Chattanooga Market

  • Season Pass holders are not required to be in attendance every single market; however, please let us know in advance if you are not going to be there. Failure to communicate with market staff regarding absences may result in the revocation of your season pass. You should also check in with the front desk when you arrive. If you are not in your assigned spot or checked in with the front desk by 9:30 a.m., then we will assume you will not be attending the market and your space may be reassigned for that market.

If you are running behind contact us and let one of the market staff members know you are still attending the market. Do not leave a voicemail as we will not be answering voicemails during market setup!

Chattanooga River Market

  • Check in with the Market Manager prior to the 9:00 a.m. roll call. If you are not in your assigned spot or checked in with the front desk by 9:00 a.m., then we will assume you will not be attending the market and your space may be reassigned for that market.
