It’s the most wonderful time of the year! My all time favorite event of the season!
Oktoberfest Load in Details below:
Vendors can load-in for setup starting at 1pm on Friday. Please don’t arrive earlier than that, on account of we will be finalizing set up in the interior of the Pavilion. We will be onsite until 7pm, after that we will ask the remaining vendors to finish their set up Saturday morning. Overnight CPD security will be onsite through the weekend. Please be prepared to cart your stuff in as we will not allow vendors to drive in. If you need to load-in on Saturday, arrive no earlier than 8am and no later than 9am. We will not be accepting walk up vendors for this event.
Food Trucks set up:
Food truck set up will be later than normal this year. Please arrive no earlier than 4pm. Chattanooga Tent will be setting up the stage on the street, so if they take longer than expected we will ask you to wait until they are finished. The electrical will also not be set up until later that afternoon so please be patient with them as they get it setup. We will have staff outside placing each food truck as they come in. If you don’t see a staff person please wait for them to tell you where go. If you are parking out front there will be no opening of the road once the barricades are up, so please plan accordingly.
Absolutely no parking on the sidewalks/entrances for this event, please. We’re expecting large crowds, and we need to put on our safest and most pedestrian friendly hats
Saturday hours: 10am-8pm; Sunday hours: 10am-5pm.
