Oktoberfest Info for this weekend!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! We are only several days away from beer, brats, and most importantly the chicken dance!

This is event is one of the largest events we put on every year and takes a considerable amount of time to set up. Vendors can set-up on Friday after 1 pm and have till 10 pm to set-up. This is a strict timeline and you will not be allowed to set-up prior to 1 pm or after 10 pm.

If for some reason you can not make it on Friday to set up we will be on-site at 7 am on Saturday Morning. You will not be allowed to drive into the pavilion on Saturday morning.

Please remember the event hours for Saturday are 10 am to 8 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm. All vendors are required to stay for the entirety of the event.

Prost! :beer::beers::beer:

Are we still able to come Sunday if we can’t make it Saturday?

Justin - you had to register for this event. We do not do walk ups for Oktoberfest.

I get that but it didn’t give you an option for just Sunday. I responded to your post on FB before the cut off but then didn’t hear back?

We do not monitor Facebook as an official support forum. For all official requests, you must email help@publicmarkets.us.

We do monitor this community forum, but individual requests still need to go through the help desk!

Gotcha. Well if something changes by Friday and you can fit us in, that would be great. If not see you in two weeks and sorry for the mix up.

Collegedale has space available, but Oktoberfest is always a bit tight quarters.

Do we have assigned spaces or First come first served?
