We’re at T-2 days and counting until set up begins at the 2023 Holiday Market! We’re so excited!
Just a quick reminder about load in - if you haven’t already done so, please secure your load-in time slot by signing up here . Once you have your time slot locked in, please do not show up early. You might even plan on being fashionably late (15-30 minutes) to further stagger the traffic that will be in the back of the Convention Center.
No one will be permitted to drive into the exhibit halls. This isn’t our rule, but the Convention Center’s rule. No exceptions. Also, no one will be allowed into the area early - managers are not being allowed into the space until the early hours of Friday morning. We will need every spare minute to prepare for your arrival with booth space markings, decorations, and other magical holiday shenanigans. If you’re there before you’re supposed to be there, you’ll be turned away.
Finally a quick reminder about sampling - if you want permission to sample at the Holiday Market, please download the form here . I’ve received quite a few emails giving vendors permission to sample. If I don’t have yours, please forward it to the help desk (help@chattanoogamarket.com). If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.
