Chattanooga Market Opening Weekend sign ups are up and will go live tonight at midnight for approved vendors! Check it out following the link below!
Season Pass holders do not need to sign up here. We’ve already accounted for your booth space, so feel free to rest on your laurels knowing your spot is secure . . . assuming you pay your booth fees.
These spaces will fill extremely quickly, so be ready! We know a lot of you will want to participate, but might not get in early enough to snag a spot. Please note, things may change and commitments might fall through over the next month. So there’s a decent chance we’ll add a few spots, or redistribute a few, around April 1st when we post the May events. Don’t lose hope!

Some Opening Weekend logistics for new vendors, and a reminder for returning vendors:
Friday April 26
- 1pm Vendor Setup; please don’t arrive early, we will be busy setting up the venue
- 5pm New Vendor Orientation - you can sign up here for the orientation
- 7pm venue closed for overnight
Saturday April 27
- 8am vendor late arrival/setup
- 10am Market Opens!
- 5pm Market Close, Day 1
Sunday April 28
- 8am venue reopens - additional set up/replenishing
- 10am Market Opens (11am really, but everyone arrives early)
- 5pm Market Close, Day 2 (4pm theoretically, but everyone stays late)
Reminders
- bring weights for your tents; the winds can be strong in the Spring
- no one has a guaranteed spot (unless you have a season pass), and you may end up outside the pavilion
- electricity is not guaranteed
- tables for TNDA farms/manufacturers only
- WiFi is not guaranteed; use your mobile phone, or get a hot spot
- envelopes dropped every night; no drop = no points = market suspension
- vendor parking passes at front desk when checking-in; 1 per vendor, pavilion lot only. You are responsible for your parking tickets.
