Market Day Timeline
The following timeline outlines a typical market day. Special events may operate on a modified schedule. Any changes will be announced in the vendor forum. Market staff may adjust timelines during the event if needed for safety or operations.
Setup
7:00 AM – Pavilion opens for Season Pass vendors to begin setup.
7:30 AM – Barricades go up and Season Pass Holders can drive in.
Please unload quickly, move your vehicle, and return to finish setup to prevent traffic congestion.
8:00 AM – Market desk opens and vendor check-in begins.
9:00 AM – All vehicles must be out of the pavilion.
Market staff may close vehicle access earlier if safety requires it.
9:30 AM – Vendor check-in closes. Any unclaimed booths may be reassigned. All vehicles must be out of market streets.
Customers often begin arriving around 10:00 AM, so keeping the market area vehicle-free is critical for safety.
11:00 AM – Market officially opens.
Breakdown
4:00 PM – Market closes. Vendors breakdown begins.
Vendors are expected to remain set up until market close. Vendors who sell out early must speak with the Market Manager for permission to leave.
4:30 PM – Street vendors may begin bringing vehicles in once booths are fully packed and ready to load.
5:00 PM – Pavilion access opens for all vendor vehicles when the area is clear and safe.
6:00 PM – Sales envelopes due and vendor vehicles must exit the pavilion.
Note: If you are set up on the patio or street and your booth is completely broken down and ready to load then you may enter from the Main Street side of Reggie White Boulevard and load directly into your vehicle. You should then exit the venue on the 20th street side of Reggie White so that we maintain a one way traffic pattern.
